Shipping and Handling Charges- Call Future Pro Customer Service for a Freight Quote.

Quick Shipping- We are committed to shipping all orders for stock merchandise as quickly as possible unless we are informed of a specific shipping date.

Truck Fright Info- ALL truck freight may require a dock or forklift at delivery site. Liftgate delivery may be available at an additional charge. DRIVERS DO NOT UNLOAD FREIGHT. DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED FREIGHT.

Lost or Damaged Merchandise- You are responsible for reporting a loss or damage in shipment. Before signing a delivery receipt make sure you: (1) Check your shipment against the delivery receipt to be sure you receive all cartons listed: (2) Carefully inspect all cartons for damage; (3) Have the driver note any shortages or damage, even if slight, on the delivery receipt. Immediately after delivery, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. If you find damage: Do not destroy the carton. Call the carrier immediately to avoid denial of your claim. Returns- To return merchandise, please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Put the RMA number on all cartons to ensure we credit your account quickly and properly. Freight charges and a 20% restocking charge may apply depending on the circumstances.

Discounts- Volume or organizational discounts are available. Please call for a quote.

Finance Charges- 1 ½% per month (18% APR) will be charged on all overdue balances. All NSF checks will be issued a $50.00 service charge.

Prices, Products, and Specifications- We are constantly updating our catalogs and products. Consequently, the pictures and descriptions sometimes differ from the product shipped. When specifications change, we will ship products of equal or superior quality. Prices and products are subject to change without notice. All weights are approximate and are subject to change.
