Lost or Damaged Merchandise You are responsible for reporting a loss or damage in shipment. Before signing a delivery receipt make sure you: (1) Check your shipment against the delivery receipt to be sure you receive all cartons listed: (2) Carefully inspect all cartons for damage; (3) Have the driver note any shortages or damage, even if slight, on the delivery receipt. Immediately after delivery, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. If you find damage: Do not destroy the carton. Call the carrier immediately to avoid denial of your claim. Returns To return merchandise, please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Put the RMA number on all cartons to ensure we credit your account quickly and properly. Freight charges and a 20% restocking charge may apply depending on the circumstances.

Finance Charges 1 1⁄2% per month (18% APR) will be charged on all overdue balances. All NSF checks will be issued a $50.00 service charge.
